Central North Area and Potomac District Pow Wow Events

Outpost 9 will provide all tents, tarps, tables, cooking gear, food, and utensils for this event.

Outpost 9 Royal Rangers need the below items for Pow Wow events:

• Sleeping Bag or Slumber Bag (rated at 50 degrees)
• Pillow
• Small flashlight or headlamp
• Extra pair of shoes (in the event one pair becomes wet)
• Extra socks (if swimming, boys may change socks several times per day)
• Four complete changes of clothes
• Pants and sweatshirt  (for a cool evening or morning)
• Personal toiletries kit (Please pack in 1-gallon zipper-bag for protection)
  • Toothbrush / Toothpaste
  • Soap / Shampoo
  • Deodorant
  • Bug Repellent
  • Sun Screen
• Lightweight rain jacket or poncho
• Swimming Shorts
• Swimming Towel
• River Shoes (for water and stream use - no flip-flop style, but closed around the heel)
• Please leave all electronic devices at home
• There is no need for Rangers to bring any additional spending money

Optional Items:

• Folding Camp Chair (optional) - please label with Ranger's name or Family name
• Fishing Pole and tackle
